Books, covers and content
The books we publish, their covers and excerpts belong to their authors and to us under our publishing agreements. The design and content of this website belong to Mind u Read Media. You may quote short passages and share links with credit, but please don't copy, republish or sell our content without written permission.
Buying books
On Amazon. Most of our books are sold on Amazon (Amazon.in and Amazon's stores worldwide). When you buy there, you are buying from Amazon, and Amazon's terms, pricing, delivery and return policies apply.
Directly from us. Occasionally we sell books directly through our Razorpay store. Those orders are covered by these terms, our Cancellation & Refund Policy and our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Prices are shown in the store at the time of purchase. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a book is out of stock or a price was shown in error, and we will refund any amount you have paid.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from a payment being declined because the cardholder has exceeded a limit agreed with their bank.
Publishing with us
Sending us an enquiry or manuscript does not create any agreement between us. If we work together, our publishing services are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides, which sets out the scope, fees, rights and royalties. We will treat manuscripts you share with us in confidence. We do not promise sales figures or bestseller status.
Links to other websites
We link to sites such as Amazon, Razorpay and Instagram for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
