Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy covers books you buy directly from Minduread Media Private Limited through our Razorpay store.

Where we deliver

We ship direct orders within India only. Readers outside India can buy our books on Amazon's stores worldwide.

Dispatch and delivery

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, or on the date agreed when your order was confirmed.
• We ship through registered courier companies and/or India Post Speed Post.
• Delivery times depend on the courier or postal service and your location.
• We'll confirm dispatch by email, with tracking details where available.

Our responsibility is to hand your order to the courier or postal service within the dispatch time. We aren't responsible for delays caused by the courier or postal service, but we'll help you follow up if a parcel is delayed.

Your delivery address

We deliver to the address you give at checkout, so please check it carefully. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can re-send it once the address is confirmed; re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged in transit

If your book arrives damaged, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We'll replace it or refund you.

Bought on Amazon?

Delivery for Amazon orders is handled entirely by Amazon.
